At Glass Slipper Formals, we want you to feel confident and radiant in your attire; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible unworn gowns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your garment in its original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the gown to ensure it is in pristine condition, a digital gift card will be emailed to you for the full purchase amount minus shipping fees.
